1. Nature of Digital Products

All products available on learn.catchkaro.online — including software bundles, templates, courses, or other downloadable content — are intangible and non-returnable.
Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot reverse the delivery, hence all sales are final.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You no longer need or want the product.
  • You purchased the wrong item or misunderstood its use.
  • You lack the required software, tools, or technical skill to use the product.
  • Download links were delivered successfully but you didn’t download or use the product.
  • You request a refund after more than 3 days of purchase.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may only be approved under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same order.
  • Technical issue: If you did not receive the download link or access after successful payment, and our support team confirms the issue.
  • Corrupted or incomplete file: If the downloaded product is unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement.

For any of these cases, you must contact us within 3 days of purchase with your order ID, payment receipt, and issue details.

  3. Our support team will review your request within 2–4 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. No Physical Returns

As all our products are digital in nature, there is no need to ship any item back. We do not offer physical product returns or exchanges.
